Join instructor, Chelsea LaFleur, as she guides you through a gentle sixty-minute vinyasa flow designed to help you unwind by relaxing your body and mind. Move with your breath as you enjoy a curated playlist and end with a peaceful ten-minute meditation.

Create your own Grapevine Wreath using an assortment of colorful wood flowers, faux greens, and more. Chelsey LaFleur will guide you through the craft in a lighthearted way while allowing creative freedom.
