Townhomes Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made after a reservation has been confirmed will incur a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations received 21 days or more prior to arrival will result in a 100% refund of deposit per room.
Cancelling 14-21 days prior to your arrival date will result in a 50% refund of deposit.
Cancelling under 14 days prior to your arrival date, early departures,
and un-cancelled reservations will result in a full forfeiture of deposit.
