FITTING & SIZING

Size Chart

Our Fit Specialists have tested and tweaked our Core Collection of Rental Jackets and Pants to make sure it runs as "true to size" as possible. To get the most specific picture of your true size, simply measure your body and compare your measurements to the size chart. Keep in mind your outerwear should be roomy enough to accommodate underlayers, fit over boots and gloves, and allow for full range of motion. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up as our adaptable fit features—at ankle and waist, wrist, neck, interior snowskirt, jacket hem, and hood—allow you to further customize the fit to your exact personal preferences.

FAQ

How Much Does it Cost?

Each garment has a rental fee of $45 per day or $80 per set.

Where do I pick up my rental?

Please check in at the Rental Shop on the parking lot level to pick up your reserved clothing.

How do I return my rental?

All rentals should be returned to the Rental Shop where they were picked up. Failure to return equipment will result in additional daily rates and/or retail cost of garment.

Do I need to do anything to the garments before returning them?

Nope. All garments are inspected and professionally cleaned between rentals so all you have to do is shake off any snow and you’re good to go.

Can I add to or edit my rental after making a reservation?

If you need to edit your reservation or add pieces to your rental, please contact our rentals department. Rentals are done on a first-come, first-served policy and are subject to availability.

What happens if I keep the garments longer than my rental period?

: If you contact us and extend your rental period you will be responsible for any additional rental charges. If you don’t get in touch, after 24 hours you will be charged for the garments plus a restocking fee.

Are garments cleaned and sanitized between rentals?

Absolutely. Post-rental, garments are inspected for damage/wear & tear before being sent to be professionally cleaned. After cleaning, the garments are passed through a thorough 12 point inspection and every garment is given a tag that indicates it has been fully inspected, cleaned, and is ready to hit the slopes.

What else do I need to wear for my day on the mountain?

The best way to manage the changing conditions that you might experience on the mountain is to dress in layers. The first layer should be a breathable next-to-skin layer that wicks moisture away from your skin. This will eliminate any cold clammy feeling and will keep you from getting cold. Materials like cotton and flannel should be avoided. The outer layer is most important for protection from wind, snow, and rain. Our waterproof, windproof, & breathable GORE-TEX jacket and pant combo will provide the most protection & comfort on the slopes. For additional warmth, an insulating mid-layer can be worn over top of the wicking layer. Typical mid-layers can be sweaters or vests and can be constructed of fleece, down or synthetic insulation, or wool. Don't forget moisture wicking socks, gloves, and the hat or helmet combo of your choice.

If I love my GORE-TEX Outerwear On Demand Garments, can I buy them?

Not as of now. This collection was designed specifically for the demands of rental use and incorporates new technologies alongside rental-tailored features.
