Morning Yoga with Chelsey LaFleur
A gentle 60-minute vinyasa flow designed to help you unwind by relaxing your body and mind. Move with your breath as you enjoy a curated playlist and end with a peaceful 10-minute meditation. If there’s a theme, purpose, or intention behind your travels, we can weave it into practice.

Guided Nature Walk
There is no better place to experience nature at its finest than the White Mountain National Forrest that surrounds the Omni Mount Washington Resort. From flowers to trees to animals and everything in between, explore what makes up our vibrant eco-system at the base of Mount Washington and along the Ammonoosuc River. Walks are for all ability levels and take place on the Bridle Path. Proper footwear is required.

Guided Historic Hotel Tour
Join us for a guided walking tour around the historic Mount Washington Hotel. From its construction by Joseph Stickney, builder and industrialist, to today’s role as one of the last remaining grand hotels, learn about this National Historic Landmark while you are here.

Fall Family Craft Room
Join us for some Fall Family Fun in the Omni Kids room. We will have fall crafts and activities for our guests to enjoy as a family. The first hour will be fall themed crafting and the second hour will be either a game or activity. This is not a drop off activity. All children require adult supervision.

Enjoy a complimentary edible creation in the Omni Kids Club room. This activity is on a first come first served basis. No reservations required. This is not a drop off activity. All children require adult supervision.

Within the Crystal Hills with Griffin Hansen
Join director, Griffin Hansen, as he presents his short film, Within the Crystal Hills. Within the Crystal Hills is loosely based on the Abenaki legend. Sawyer, an impoverished miner, falls for the lovely and affluent Carrigan. To prove his worth to her, he ventures deep within the mountains of New Hampshire, to confront death.
