Chef Orlo Coots is pleased to present the Bretton Arms’ 2015 Winter Menu Preview which will be offered to the public beginning Friday, December 19th. Chef Orlo has narrowed the feature menu items down to his favorite new candidates and is offering four opportunities for our club members and resort guests to participate in the final selection. As the seating is very limited, it is offered on a first reserved, first confirmed basis.
We anticipate this will be a very fun and interactive evening during which not only will you have a wonderful dining experience, but we look forward your comments and suggestions regarding the proposed menu items, accompaniments and plate presentations. Dining Room Manager Don Davis will preselect the wines to be paired with each course, and will be interested in your feedback as he makes the final adjustments to our winter wine list as well.
- Course 1: Enjoy a sampler of three proposed new appetizers.
- Course 2: Select one of two proposed new salads.
- Course 3: Choose one of four proposed new entrées. Sharing plates will be provided if you would like to share a taste of your entrée with your dining companions.
- Course 4: Indulge in a sampler of three proposed new desserts.
Chef Orlo and his team will share their thoughts and intent regarding the dishes they have prepared during each of the courses, and will incorporate your thoughts and suggestions into the final selections for our 2015 Winter Menu. We look forward to sharing this fun and interesting evening with you and receiving your input to help us ensure this winter’s menu lives up to the Bretton Arms’ continued ranking as the #1 restaurant in guest satisfaction in the entire Omni Hotels & Resorts collection.
