Join the White Mountain Regional High School “Maple Sugaring Class”, in a tasteful demonstration. Observe the students as they take you through the step-by-step process in making North Country maple candies. Fresh ingredients brought to you right from our woodlands.

Maple Tasting with Nigel
This unique lecture and video presentation tells the history of Maple Syrup. As you learn the step by step process on how to make this New Hampshire delicacy you will have the opportunity to sample Maple Syrup made from trees at the Rocks Estate in Bethlehem NH. This lecture will be given by Nigel Manley, an outdoor enthusiast and The Rocks Estate Manager.
