2015 Day at the Woods Video Contest
Want to share your passion for skiing and riding? Do you love video and capturing your favorite on-snow moments? Would you like to come ski and ride the mountain ranked #1 in the East for Snow and Grooming? Bretton Woods is proud to introduce the 2015 Day at The Woods Video Contest and is looking for amateur video ski and snowboard enthusiasts to help convey the beauty and exhilaration of skiing and/or snowboarding at Bretton Woods through visual expression and storytelling.
Upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo and complete a submission form. Videos should not exceed 3 minutes in length and meet the contest rules and requirements. YouTube links can be all be submitted online via Facebook Contest Page. All submissions must be made on or before April 10, 2015. Winner will be chosen by a panel of judges and winners will be announced on Patriot's Day, typically the last day of the ski season at Bretton Woods.
Three finalists will receive recognition, prizes and promotion from Bretton Woods for their efforts. A GRAND PRIZE winner will be chosen from the finalists and crowned the 2015 Bretton Woods Video Award Winner. He or she will receive a $500 cash prize and a Mount Washington Resort Ski and Stay Package for the video crew (not to exceed 4).
The 2015 Day at The Woods Video Contest aims to convey the beauty and exhilaration of skiing and riding. Everyday skiers and riders come to the slopes of Bretton Woods and submitted videos should strive to capture and share this experience and promote the mountain lifestyle at scenic Bretton Woods.
Skiers and snowboarders are invited to submit a video or videos, 1-3 minutes in length for consideration for a grand prize. Videos should be positive and promote skiing and riding at Bretton Woods. Videos should be uploaded to a Vimeo or YouTube channel and the link must be submitted by emai to email@example.com or on the official Facebook contest page to qualify for consideration of the grand prize.

. Bretton Woods will provide lift tickets to participants who meet the requirements with tickets for videographer and crewmembers but reserves the right to all film captured while on property.
Individuals, not companies, may submit entries. Individuals may work with a crew (maximum 4 individuals) which must be composed of titled amateur videographers, editors and talent. This contest is not open to those who produce corporate videos for payment. Entries must be submitted before midnight on April 10, 2015. Entries can focus on children, friends or family members. Videos can include music, voice-overs and/or text. More than one video can be submitted. Only PG rated videos will qualify. Any profanity or lewd gestures will disqualify the video.
