Tickets & Passes FAQs

To all our valued Skiers & Riders, we hope you are well and that you’ve found your way forward during these challenging times. We’ve all learned a lot over the past Daily lift tickets for the 2020-2021 ski season must be purchased online BEFORE visiting the Resort and will not be sold at the ticket windows. Day ticket quantities will be limited throughout the season due to guidelines set by the State of New Hampshire Economic Reopening Taskforce. Online ticket purchases are available up to 14 days in advance and will be first come, first served. Guests who have booked and are staying at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel must also purchase their tickets online but are guaranteed a lift ticket. 


  • Will season pass holders need to make reservations?
    • Season pass holders will not be limited in the use of their pass nor will they be required to make a reservation for the days they want to visit. Season Pass holders may go directly to the lifts with their season pass.
  • Will lift ticket sales be limited on a daily basis?
    • Yes and you MUST purchase your lift tickets online BEFORE visiting the resort. Day tickets will not be sold at the ticket windows. A ticket purchased online is considered your "reservation" for that day. Online ticket purchases are available up to 14 days in advance.
  • Will pass holders have priority to purchase tickets and make reservations ahead of the general public?
    • Pass holders will not have priority on purchasing day lift tickets online or at the ticket windows.
  • Will resort guests have priority to purchase tickets or be guaranteed a ticket ahead of the general public?
    • Yes, guests who have reserved thru the Omni Mount Washington Resort should purchase tickets online prior to their arrival. Guests who have purchased a Ski and Stay package are guaranteed tickets for the following day of their stay.
  • Will you be selling half-day tickets?
    • We will not be selling half-day tickets during the start of the season. This may change as the season progresses. However, we strongly encourage guests to plan their ski day accordingly.
  • Will there be night skiing this season?
    • Traditionally, night skiing is offered starting the week of December 26th. However, due to the additional housekeeping requirements that are going to be necessary to fully sanitize the buildings after a peak day, we will not be able to offer night skiing at this time. We will continue to re-evaluate throughout the ski season so please check the website for the most up to date operating schedule.
  • Can I skin up?
    • Yes. You must purchase an uphill access ticket and adhere to our uphill skinning policy. Remember to always respect mountain operations and follow the uphill routes that are suggested.
  • What is your policy on groups this season?
    • We will not be providing any discounted ticket sales to groups. Anyone wishing to travel together as a “group” will need to purchase their day tickets online prior to their arrival.
  • Will I be able to get my lift ticket at my local ski shop?
    • Not this year but we hope to offer tickets through our partners next year. We strongly encourage everyone to purchase their lift tickets online in order to guarantee that you will be able to ski on the day of your choosing.
  • Are you going to accept reciprocal letters from other resorts and ski shops?
    • Because we have to limit our daily skier visits and be able to accurately forecast how many guests will be visiting on any particular day, we will not be accepting reciprocal skiing privilege letters from resorts or shops this season. We strongly encourage you to purchase a season pass to ensure that you can ski on the days that you want to ski.
