Lift Up Our Community Auction Terms and Conditions

All persons who wish to bid on an item and in the auction or want to complete a purchase must register by creating an online account. All auction bids will be conducted only online, no bids or requests outside of the platform will be processed or accepted. At the time of Registration, the payment method will be collected and securely stored through the auction host until the end of the auction. Payment will only be processed at the end of the auction and only processed from the registered account of the person with the winning bid. To register, the Bidder must provide all of the registration information requested and complete the registration through the auction site GiveButter. By registering, you acknowledge that you are binding yourself to this contractual agreement. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license. Bretton Woods Ski Area reserves the right to refuse to register or admit any person at its sole discretion. Invoices and correspondence relating to purchases will be sent in accordance with the information on the bidder’s registration. Your registration will be accepted but your information will be verified, and your account may be disabled until the necessary information is provided to verify the account. If you cannot pay, please do not bid. All bids are final. By bidding, you are stating that you are ready and willing to purchase your item for your bid amount at the end of the auction. You agree that if you win your item at the conclusion of the auction, you will retrieve your item at a designated pickup time. No item will be shipped, and Bretton Woods Ski Area is not responsible for any items damaged during transport following the winning bid. All auction items are awarded in ‘as is’ condition. No special arrangements shall be made outside of the public auction. If you are outbid, or your bid does not meet the reserve price, you are under no obligation to continue to bid or purchase the item. In all other cases of bidding, you are entering into a contract to buy the item. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed. All sales and winning bids are processed upon auction completion and are final. All auction bids are subject to terms and conditions on the auction host platform GiveButter and Omni Hotels Terms and Conditions. This may not be combined with other offers or promotions.
