At Bretton Woods Ski Area and the Omni Mount Washington Resort, it is important that all guests have a memorable experience. Almost every day the Events & Activities team hosts activities that are geared towards fun for the whole family. First Night Snowshoe Tour

Kick off 2025 with the thrill of a guided snowshoe tour. Let our expert guides lead you through snow-covered trails, surrounded by breathtaking winter scenery of the White Mountains. Connect with nature, soak in the tranquility, and create lasting memories with friends and family. Bundle up and welcome the new year in an unforgettable way.

Reserve your spot today. Please note, this activity is weather-dependent. If snowshoe conditions are not suitable, we’ll switch to a day hike along the trail network.

Snowshoe Tours

The Bretton Woods Nordic Center invites snowshoe enthusiasts to enjoy one of our special guided tours during the 2024-25 Season. On these tours, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Presidential Mountains and discover new corners of our winter wonderland. Tours are 1.5 hours and must be reserved 24 hours in advance. Based on availability up to 7 people per tour.

Moonlit Snowshoe Tours

Join us for guided moonlit snowshoe tours on select evenings during our Nordic Nights and experience the White Mountain National Forest like never before. Let our experienced guides lead you and your loved ones through a serene winter wonderland under the glow of the moon (and headlamps), sharing conversation and the natural beauty just outside our front door. Inclusive of snowshoe rentals, headlamps and trail pass.
