Tickets Cancellation Policy: All orders are charged in full at the time of the reservation. Changes or cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival date are fully refundable. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date are non-refundable and non-changeable. Please pay careful attention to local weather forecasts for any outdoor activities if you feel that you do not want to participate in certain weather conditions. You will not be given a refund or a gift certificate if you are late or do not show up for your activity. If your activity is cancelled by Bretton Woods due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, you will receive a full refund or have the opportunity to reschedule. We will make every attempt to contact you at least 48 hours ahead of time however; this 48-hour notice may not always be possible due to the unpredictable nature of the weather in New Hampshire.

Weather interruptions - Bretton Woods does not issue credits or refunds due to weather interruptions. Credits for 2024/25 season passes may only be used for a pass issued to the 2023/24 passholder. No additional credits if pass type chosen is a lower value than rollover. No compensation or credit is given based on pass usage. In the event of a season ending injury or life altering event that prevents you from skiing or riding, please contact our season pass office for credit consideration. Participants must be at least 5 years of age. Participants must be able to safely fit into a harness and sign a liability waiver. Participants under age 18 must have a liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians of small children should be present. Clean, dry, closed toe shoes or rental shoes are required. Socks are required in the rental shoes.

All activities meet at the Bretton Woods Nordic Center, participants must have personal transportation to and from activities, as some walks are off site. Participants must meet age requirement and be capable of moving themselves over uneven terrain, including walking uphill/downhill, in deep snow, over small streams etc.
