Right-click (Windows) or click and hold (MAC) your mouse on the desired text link, and select Save Target As, Download to Disk or the like. When prompted, choose an appropriate location on your hard disk and click "save." You can also simply click the link, allow the image to open in a new browser window, and then follow the instructions above by right-clicking on the image, etc.
