Cancellation Policies

All reservations are charged in full at the time of the reservation. Changes or cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival date are fully refundable. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date are non-refundable and non-changeable. Please pay careful attention to local weather forecasts for any outdoor activities if you feel that you do not want to participate in certain weather conditions. If you are late or do not show up for your activity, no refunds will be allowed. If your activity is cancelled by Bretton Woods due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, you will receive a full refund or have the opportunity to reschedule. Participants must meet age requirements and be capable of any physical demands booked activities may require.

All reservations are charged in full at the time of booking. The Canopy Tour runs in all types of weather and will only be cancelled due to lightning, high winds, or icing. Please pay careful attention to local weather forecasts if you feel that you do not want to zip in the rain. If you choose to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled tour time due to the weather, you will be charged the full amount. If your activity is cancelled by Bretton Woods due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, you will receive a full refund or have an opportunity to reschedule. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date are non-refundable and non-changeable. You will not be given a refund or a gift certificate if you are late or do not show up for your activity.

You can request a refund or rollover credit of your 2026/2027 season pass right up until the day we open for the 2026/2027 ski season. You can receive a full rollover in the amount you paid that will go towards a 2027/2028 season pass, or you can request a refund, minus a $100 processing fee. If the season pass has been issued, you must return the pass to us prior to the rollover or refund can be processed. All season pass benefits are forfeited if you receive a refund or rollover.

You must be present and show your valid season pass to receive any pass benefit. You must pick up your resort partner pass from the resort where it was purchased. If you do not have your season pass, you will be charged a fee to receive a single-day lift ticket. Pass benefits and discounts are for 2026/2027 winter season and may not be combined with other special offers or discounts. Bretton Woods season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rates and information subject to change without notice.

Bretton Woods supports individuals who wish to pursue alternative methods of accessing our trail systems. All uphill travel or skinning is done, solely, at each individual’s own risk. Those who wish to skin, snowshoe, or otherwise access Bretton Woods trails via uphill travel are responsible for their own actions, safety and equipment. Individuals must purchase an uphill access ticket.

Please note: Please note: Uphill traffic is only allowed during normal hours of operation and only on looker’s right of Ridge View and Outer Bounds and last uphill trek stops one hour prior to the lifts closing for the day.

Unmarked hazards may be encountered at any time including construction areas, heavy equipment and other man-made objects. Natural variable snow conditions will exist. Sledding is not permitted. Out of safety concerns for guests, employees, and resort property, as well as concerns for individual privacy, Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa prohibits the operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public – including recreational users and hobbyists.

This prohibition includes drones used for filming or photography, as well as any drone use by media or journalists operating above or within Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa boundaries.  This prohibition on drone operations or use extends to any drones launched or operated from Resort property, as well as drones launched from private property outside of the rResort boundaries.  

Any violation of this policy may involve suspension of your skiing or snowboarding privileges, or the revocation of your season pass, as well as confiscation of any drone equipment, and may subject violators to any damages, including, but not limited to, damages for violations of privacy and/or physical or personal injuries or property damage, as well as regulatory fines and legal fees.

All rentals should be made at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival for best available price. Renters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A signed waiver is required, along with acceptance or decline of an optional damage waiver (covers damage, but not theft). If you’re renting for children, please have their accurate height, weight, and age ready before beginning your reservation.

Our lifts are well-oiled machines. Literally. Each one receives regular maintenance with oil and grease to keep things running smoothly and safely. On warm or damp days, a little of that TLC might drip from above. Consider it part of the authentic ski experience, along with snowflakes and the occasional face-plant. Bretton Woods Ski Area is not responsible for any grease, oil, or other lubrication stains that find their way onto your clothing or gear. Pro tip: dark jackets hide everything.
