Ski Membership

Give your alpine adventures the VIP treatment with a Bretton Woods Club membership. From unlimited alpine and Nordic skiing and preferred lift privileges with First-Tracks, to exclusive discounts on Ski School lessons, equipment repairs, and more, joining the Bretton Woods Club is the best way to get the most out of your time on and off the slopes.

Membership Categories

Membership Details

  • Membership ID Card

    • Members receive an ID card with their photo, name, and account number
    • ID card must be presented and purchases charged to member account to receive benefits and discounts
    • ID card also provides access to resort amenities

    Credit Limit

    • All members have a $2,500/month credit limit
    • When the limit is reached, the card on file will be charged the full amount due and charging privileges resume immediately

    Monthly Charges

    • House accounts are charged in full at the end of each month via the credit card on file
    • An itemized bill will be emailed after payment for review
  • Day Access Fees

    • Guest access fees: $45/person/day (Fri/Sat/Sun and holidays), $30/person/day (Mon–Thu, non-holiday); charged to member’s house account
    • Access is subject to availability and blackout dates; holiday periods announced via newsletter
    • Access granted in accordance with the sponsoring member’s membership privileges
    • A guest may only be classified as a member’s guest two times per membership year

    Guest Rules

    • Members may bring up to 2 guests per day, excluding holiday periods
    • Guest access is not permitted during holiday periods as defined by the Club
    • All guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring member at all times unless the Club determines otherwise
    • Each guest must be registered by the sponsoring member; the Club reserves the right to require guest identification
    • The sponsoring member is responsible for all charges and conduct of their guests
    • If a guest’s behavior is deemed unsatisfactory, the sponsoring member must cause the guest to leave at the Club’s request
    • Guest privileges may be denied, limited, or revoked at any time at the Club’s sole discretion
    • Failure to comply with guest policies can result in loss of membership and loss of access to Bretton Woods Ski Area and Golf Club
  • Omni Select Guest Points

    • The primary member is the only recipient of the Omni Select Guest points on their account. Points can NOT and will not be adjusted or  or reallocated retroactively, nor can Select Guest points be split among multiple accounts.

    Dependent Children

    • A member’s immediate family included in the Membership may use Club facilities on the same basis as the member
    • Dependent children are defined as unmarried children under age 23 (at membership start date) who are living at home, attending school full-time, or serving in the military

    Alpine Club Dining

    • All food and beverages consumed at Club facilities must be furnished by the Club unless otherwise permitted
    • All alcoholic beverages must be purchased in accordance with New Hampshire State Liquor Laws
    • The Club reserves the right to refuse service to any member or guest who appears intoxicated
    • Group dining room activities are permitted at a fee with Club approval

    Alpine Club Equipment Storage

    • Each Combined and Ski Member may store one set of equipment (skis or snowboard), poles, and boots per person
    • Members must complete an equipment inventory sheet; the Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items
    • Street shoes/boots are stored in the ski boot slot; gloves, jackets, and accessories stored in seasonal cubbies on a first come first served basis

    Limit on Number of Memberships

    • The Resort determines the maximum number of memberships to be issued at its sole and absolute discretion
  • Acquiring a Membership

    Membership is a revocable license to use Club facilities under the terms of the Membership Agreement and Club Rules. Members do not acquire any investment, equity, or ownership interest in Omni Mount Washington, LLC, Omni Hotels Management Company, or any associated Resort facilities.

    Program Termination

    The Resort reserves the right to terminate the Membership program at any time at its sole discretion. If the program is terminated and a member has prepaid any portion of their fee, that amount will be prorated and returned within 30 days of the termination date.

    Amendments

    This Membership Plan may be amended by the Resort at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. The Membership Documents constitute the entire agreement between each member and the Resort. No modifications may be made orally or by any party other than through a written amendment adopted by the Resort. Amendments may be announced via Club bulletin board or any other manner deemed appropriate by the Resort.

    Management & Operation

    Omni Hotels Management Company owns and operates the Resort Facilities known as Omni Mount Washington, LLC.

    Delinquent Balances

    Members have seven days to provide a secondary form of payment in the event of a delinquent charge or balance. Failure to do so will result in suspension of membership privileges

    Dues

    Dues and fees are determined annually by the Club and must be made in advance as outlined in the Membership Agreement. Members are not subject to assessments; the Club covers all operating deficits and retains all operating profits
