Built in 1896, the charming Omni Bretton Arms Inn offers guests a classic New England bed-and-breakfast stay, a short stroll from Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa and a short drive to the Bretton Woods Ski Area.

  • Check in at both the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa and Omni Bretton Arms Inn at Mount Washington begins at 4pm, and check out is by 11am. Requests for an early check-in or late check-out time may be accommodated based on availability for an additional fee.

  • Both the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa and Omni Bretton Arms Inn at Mount Washington offer dog-friendly accommodations. One well-behaved dog 60 pounds and under is welcome to stay in select pet-friendly guest rooms within the main hotel and first floor of the Presidential Wing. A cleaning fee of $200 plus tax per stay applies. Please note that pets are not permitted at The Townhomes at Bretton Woods.

  • A valid credit card and government-issued photo ID is required at check-in time. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation; guests 12 and under are considered children.
