      • Check in begins at 4pm, and check out is by 11am.

      • Pets are not permitted at The Townhomes at Bretton Woods. However, both the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa and Omni Bretton Arms Inn at Mount Washington offer dog-friendly accommodations. One well-behaved dog 60 pounds and under is welcome to stay in select pet-friendly guest rooms within the main hotel and first floor of the Presidential Wing. A cleaning fee plus tax per stay applies.

      • A valid credit card and government-issued photo ID is required at check-in time. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation; guests 12 and under are considered children.
