    • Bretton Woods Forecasted snow Report for Friday, January 30th, 2026

From groomers to glades, you couldn’t make a wrong turn on Friday. We’re riding some of the best conditions of the season, with soft, carvable groomers and plenty of powder stashes waiting for you in the woods. Even better news: the BEQII lift is set to return to action Friday morning after the long-awaited part arrived. Cold temperatures are here to stay, so layer up—you won’t want to miss this weekend at the Woods.

Mountain Notes: There’s still plenty of powder to be had out there. Find stashes throughout the woods in our Stickney, Zephyr, West Mountain and Rosebrook glade systems, as well as the sides of groomed trails. The Stickney T-bar will be open for glade skiing, as well as Stickney Cabin for easy access to warming. For those seeking the ultimate challenge, “Mom Said No” is open and riding fast, just be careful and ride with a buddy. Come enjoy 470 acres of open terrain, the most in New Hampshire!

Operational Summary: Expect to see 7 lifts operating, all starting at 9:00 AM including the Telegraph T-Bar which will now run daily, with the cabin open Friday-Monday. Our top-rated groomers will work their magic to deliver Machine Groomed / Packed Powder conditions for your Friday runs.

Plan Your Day: Save time and skip the lines by booking online. Check our live summit cams to see the conditions before you even pull into the lot. We’ll see you on the slopes!

    • Forecasted weather for Friday, January 30th: Expect cloudy skies with possibly flurries throughout the day. Temperatures will be cold, with a high of 4 degrees at base. The summit temperatures will stay below zero. Northwest winds will be brisk, adding an extra chill— especially at higher elevations.
