This week, I had the chance to spotlight Pastry Sous Chef Kateri Gibson and her talented team. From the pastry case at Morsels to custom wedding and birthday cakes, they bring care and creativity to every bite.

Kateri’s roots in homegrown food still guide her today, and it shows. Croissants, muffins, scones, seasonal cakes, and more—all made fresh, all from scratch. With each season comes a new menu of creations that keep guests delighted and coming back for more.
