        • Our webcam is currently undergoing maintenance. We know how important it is to our guests and are working to get it online as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

        • Answers to common questions about reporting lost items, retrieving found belongings, and our handling process can be found on THIS ONLINE FORM or by Guest Services at the Bretton Woods Ski Area.

        • Guests can pick up their reserved equipment the day before based on availability. Next-day pickup is only available from 2 PM – 3:30 PM for the following day.

        • We offer multiple group lessons daily for children. Please visit the eStore for more info.

        • The Bretton Woods Ski Area offers a wide variety of alpine terrain suitable for all skill levels, including beginner-friendly, intermediate, and expert-level slopes. One of the largest cross-country ski areas on the East Coast, we also offer a 100-kilometer network of Nordic and backcountry ski trails.

        • The Bretton Woods Ski Area does NOT offer night skiing or riding. Information that suggests we do, please consider the source, the publication date, and disregard as the information is outdated and unaffiliated with the Bretton Woods Ski Area.

        • Visitors to Bretton Woods can choose between day passes, multi-day passes, and season passes. You can find more information on availability and rates here.

        • Yes, our rental shop offers quality equipment to enhance your skiing and snowboarding experience, with expert technicians on hand to assist you in finding the right skis, snowboard, or whatever you’re looking for. Be sure to book in advance, as rentals require advance online reservations at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. You can find more information on alpine ski rentals here, or Nordic ski rentals here.

        • Find up-to-date information on snow totals and ski conditions on our Snow & Trail Report, updated daily throughout the season.

        • Yes, we offer group and private lessons for both children and adults, as well as a semi-private option for families and friends. Group lessons are also available on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. for both children and adults.

        • All lessons meet on snow at the Ski School Meeting Place, located at the base of the Learning Center Quad. You should arrive 15 minutes prior to your lesson ready to go with your purchased lift tickets or season pass visible.

        • Adult Learn to Ski & Ride lessons include rentals and lift tickets for the Learning Center Quad only. The children’s full-day and half-day group lessons include lunch and a lift ticket. Rentals must be purchased separately. All other lessons require the purchase of lift tickets and/or rentals separate from the lesson.

        • Yes. Ski and snowboard equipment are available, along with snowshoes, Nordic equipment, and fat bikes. Rentals should be reserved 48 hours in advance online through the Bretton Woods eStore.

        • The rental shop is open 1 hour prior to lifts opening and 30 minutes after lifts are closed.
