Sept 9-12
Honor Summit Viewing
The Honor Summit Lighting marks the 25th anniversary of 9/11. On the nights of September 9 through 11, from 8 PM to midnight, two massive light beams will rise into the sky from the 6,288 ft. summit of Mt. Washington, visible above Bretton Woods, NH. Similar to the annual display at Ground Zero. This is a moment to reflect on the past, remember and honor those lost. The Honor Summit is also a fundraiser supporting four veteran services organizations: Harbour Care, Operation Delta Dogs, Hidden Battles Foundation and Camp Resilience. Best views can be found at the Veranda and Observatory Bar. Parking fees apply for the public.
