Cosmos in The Cave

There has never been a better time to look up. From the imagery of the Hubble and Webb Space Telescopes to discoveries about black holes and the early universe, Cosmos in the Cave brings it all to life in a setting built for great conversation. Leading the evening is astrophysicist Douglas Arion, PhD, joined by Professor James Lowenthal of Smith College, two experts known for making the universe’s biggest ideas feel fascinating and approachable. Expect immersive videos, interactive demonstrations, live Q&A, and plenty of time to connect over drinks and food. Thursday, June 25 at 8 PM at The Cave.

  • Douglas Arion, PhD is an astrophysicist whose Mountains of Stars programs have brought astronomy to life for audiences for over a decade. Professor James Lowenthal of Smith College specializes in galaxy evolution and is known for making some of the universe’s most complex ideas feel accessible and compelling.
